Translation into Arabic
Professional human translation into Arabic from English, French and Spanish, and from Arabic into English, for technical, legal, financial, medical, software and marketing content, written in Modern Standard Arabic or adapted to your target market.
Every project is translated by a native Arabic linguist, not run through a machine and lightly checked. The goal is Arabic that is accurate, idiomatic and consistent with your terminology, brand voice and the conventions of your industry, whether readers are in the Gulf, the Levant, Egypt or the Maghreb.
Work follows a translation, editing and proofreading (TEP) workflow in CAT tools such as SDL Trados Studio and memoQ, with termbases, translation memories and automated QA checks, so numbers, tags, terminology and formatting stay right across every file, version and update.

Language pairs and markets
Direct translation into Arabic from three languages, with no relay language, and from Arabic into English.
Who it’s for
Companies, agencies and organizations that need English, French or Spanish content in Arabic: product and user documentation, websites, contracts, reports, training material and marketing. Translation agencies work with me as a dedicated Arabic linguist on ongoing accounts, and direct clients come to me when they want one accountable translator from brief to delivery.
How it works
You send the files and tell me the audience, deadline and any reference material. I confirm the scope and quote, set up a termbase and translation memory in SDL Trados Studio or memoQ, translate, then edit and proofread the Arabic (TEP). Automated QA checks catch number, tag and terminology errors before delivery.
What you receive
Translated files in their original format and layout (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, bilingual XLIFF and other CAT formats), plus the updated translation memory and glossary on request, so future updates stay consistent and cost less. Turnaround depends on volume and is agreed in the quote.

Frequently asked questions
Do you translate websites and software, not just documents?
Yes. Besides documents, I translate websites, web and mobile apps, software interfaces, help centers and marketing content. I can work in the files your team exports, such as XLIFF, HTML or spreadsheets, and check the Arabic in context for right-to-left layout.
Can you handle large or ongoing projects?
Yes. Large and recurring projects run through an organized workflow: the work is planned in stages with agreed delivery dates, and translation memories and glossaries keep terminology consistent across files, batches and updates. On ongoing accounts, each new job builds on the previous ones, so quality stays consistent from one delivery to the next.
Is editing and proofreading included?
Yes. For direct clients, every project goes through translation, editing and proofreading (TEP) followed by quality checks, so you receive a document that is ready to publish or use, not a draft. Agencies that run their own review step can order translation only.
How long does it take to translate a document into Arabic?
It depends on the length, subject and file format. With today’s CAT tools, translation memories and terminology management, an experienced professional translator can translate around 5,000 to 6,000 words a day, with editing and proofreading on top. I translate at least 5,000 words a day, so a 1,000-word document is usually delivered within one working day, 5,000 words in one to two days, and 10,000 words in two to three days. Larger projects are scheduled with partial deliveries.
